1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Mars Group TV.

You accept these Terms when you:

Complete an order.
Purchase or renew a subscription.
Activate service credentials.
Access the service.
Confirm your acceptance during checkout.
Continue using the service after receiving these Terms.

When purchasing for another person, household, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

The version of the Terms displayed when you complete your purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to later changes permitted under Section 18.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a contract where you live.

You may not purchase or use the service:

  • For an unlawful purpose.
  • Where use of the service is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Using false, stolen, or unauthorized payment information.
  • After a prior account has been terminated for serious misuse, unless Mars Group TV gives written permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your country or region.

3. Description of the Service

Mars Group TV provides digital streaming access based on the subscription selected during purchase.

Depending on the purchased plan, service features may include:

  • Live programming categories.
  • Movies and series.
  • Sports, news, family, and entertainment categories.
  • Programming information.
  • Access through compatible devices.
  • Multiple connections or users.
  • Setup instructions.
  • Technical and customer support.

The exact plan duration, connection limit, features, and price will be displayed before purchase.

Content, categories, quality, schedules, and availability may vary according to:

  • Your subscription plan.
  • Your location.
  • Your internet connection.
  • Your device.
  • Your selected application.
  • Technical maintenance.
  • Third-party provider changes.
  • Legal or licensing restrictions.

A subscription does not guarantee permanent availability of any particular title, category, broadcaster, program, event, schedule, or feature.

Mars Group TV may update or replace parts of the service when reasonably necessary to maintain security, performance, compatibility, or legal compliance.

4. Accounts, Credentials and Connections

4.1 Accurate information

You must provide accurate and current information when purchasing or requesting support.

This may include your:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Telephone number.
  • Country.
  • Selected plan.
  • Device or application information.
  • Payment confirmation.

Mars Group TV may delay or reject an activation when the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be verified.

4.2 Account and credential security

You are responsible for protecting:

  • Your account login.
  • Activation details.
  • Playlist or connection information.
  • Passwords and access codes.
  • Devices connected to your subscription.

You must notify Mars Group TV promptly if you believe that your credentials have been lost, disclosed, sold, or accessed without permission.

Mars Group TV is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 Connection and device limits

The permitted number of devices, users, and simultaneous connections depends on the plan purchased.

Installing the service on several devices does not automatically permit simultaneous use on every device.

You must not exceed the connection limit included with your plan.

Repeated access beyond the purchased limit may result in:

  • Connection errors.
  • Temporary access restrictions.
  • A request to upgrade the plan.
  • Suspension or termination in cases of repeated abuse.

4.4 Credential sharing

Service credentials are provided for personal use within the limits of the purchased plan.

You may not:

  • Publish your credentials.
  • Sell or rent access.
  • Distribute access publicly.
  • Share access beyond the users permitted by your plan.
  • Use one subscription as a commercial resale service.

5. Plans, Pricing and Payment

5.1 Plan information

Before payment, Mars Group TV will display the main conditions of the selected subscription, including:

  • Subscription duration.
  • Total price.
  • Billing currency.
  • Number of connections or users.
  • Included features.
  • Whether the payment is recurring.
  • Any applicable trial or promotion.
  • Material refund conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing the order before completing payment.

5.2 Payment methods

Available payment methods may include:

  • Visa.
  • Mastercard.
  • Supported cryptocurrencies.

Payment availability may vary by country, transaction, or payment provider.

By completing a payment, you authorize the relevant provider to process the displayed amount.

Mars Group TV does not normally receive or store your complete card number or card security code when payment is processed directly by a third-party provider.

5.3 Taxes and third-party fees

The total price shown during checkout will include applicable charges collected by Mars Group TV.

Your bank, card issuer, cryptocurrency platform, internet provider, or another third party may apply separate:

  • Currency-conversion fees.
  • Network fees.
  • Processing fees.
  • International transaction fees.
  • Internet or mobile-data charges.

Mars Group TV does not control or receive those external charges.

5.4 Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible after network confirmation.

You are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct cryptocurrency.
  • Using the correct blockchain network.
  • Sending the correct amount.
  • Using the correct wallet address.
  • Paying applicable network fees.
  • Verifying the transaction before confirming it.

Mars Group TV is not responsible for payments sent:

  • To an incorrect address.
  • Through an unsupported network.
  • Using an unsupported currency.
  • Below the required transaction amount.
  • Without sufficient network fees.

Activation may be delayed until the payment receives sufficient network confirmation.

5.5 Payment verification

Mars Group TV may verify a payment before activating or renewing a subscription.

An order may be rejected, delayed, or cancelled where we reasonably suspect:

  • Fraud.
  • Unauthorized payment.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Technical errors.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • False customer information.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions.

If Mars Group TV cancels an order before activation, any payment owed back to you will be handled according to the original payment method and applicable law.

6. Renewals and Cancellation

6.1 Non-Recurring Subscriptions

A subscription will not renew automatically unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed before payment.

When a plan is non-recurring:

  • You make one payment.
  • The subscription remains active for the purchased period.
  • Access expires at the end of that period.
  • You must manually purchase a renewal to continue.

Expiry reminders do not mean that Mars Group TV will automatically charge you.

6.2 Automatically renewing subscriptions

Where automatic renewal is offered, the checkout process will clearly disclose:

  • That the plan renews automatically.
  • The renewal frequency.
  • The amount to be charged or how it is calculated.
  • When the next charge will occur.
  • How to stop future renewals.
  • Any trial-to-paid conversion.

Mars Group TV will obtain the required consent before enrolling a customer in recurring billing.

A confirmation of the subscription and cancellation terms will be provided or made available after purchase.

6.3 Cancelling automatic renewal

Where your plan automatically renews, you may cancel future renewals through the method provided:

  • In your customer account, where available.
  • Through the online cancellation option.
  • Through the instructions in your order confirmation.
  • By contacting Hello@marsgrouptv.com.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in the applicable refund policy, cancellation does not automatically produce a refund for a subscription period that has already started.

You may normally continue using the service until the end of the paid period.

6.4 Renewal price changes

Mars Group TV will not change the price of a completed prepaid subscription retroactively.

Where the price of an automatically renewing plan changes, advance notice will be provided where required by law.

The notice may explain:

  • The new price.
  • When the new price takes effect.
  • How to cancel before renewal.

7. Trials and Promotional Offers

Mars Group TV may occasionally provide trials, discounts, or promotional plans.

Offer-specific conditions will be displayed when the offer is presented and may include:

  • Eligibility requirements.
  • Trial price.
  • Trial duration.
  • Included content or features.
  • Connection limits.
  • Expiration date.
  • Renewal conditions.
  • Cancellation requirements.
  • Conversion to a paid plan.

A trial will convert into a paid or automatically renewing subscription only where that condition is disclosed and the required consent is obtained.

Promotional offers may be restricted to:

  • New customers.
  • One offer per person.
  • One offer per household.
  • One offer per device.
  • One offer per payment method.
  • Specific countries or periods.

Mars Group TV may reject repeated, automated, fraudulent, or abusive trial requests.

Unless the offer states otherwise, promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

8.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are governed by the Mars Group TV Sales and Refund Policy and the conditions displayed before purchase.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • When the request is submitted.
  • Whether the subscription was activated.
  • Whether credentials were delivered.
  • Whether the service was used.
  • The reason for the request.
  • Whether the issue was reported to support.
  • Whether reasonable troubleshooting was completed.
  • Whether these Terms were violated.
  • The original payment method.
  • Applicable consumer-protection law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

8.2 Technical issues

Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, you may be asked to:

  • Confirm your device and application.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Restart your device and router.
  • Verify your activation details.
  • Test an alternative supported device or network.
  • Follow reasonable troubleshooting instructions.

Mars Group TV will assess whether the issue originates from the service or from an external factor.

8.3 Refund limitations

Subject to applicable law, a refund may be refused where the issue results from:

  • An unsupported device.
  • An unsupported application.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • Insufficient internet speed.
  • Local Wi-Fi or router problems.
  • Internet-provider restrictions.
  • Third-party application changes.
  • Exceeding connection limits.
  • Credential sharing or resale.
  • Suspension for prohibited activity.
  • Failure to contact support within the published refund period.
  • A change of mind outside the applicable refund period.

Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

8.4 Refund method

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing time may depend on the bank, card provider, cryptocurrency processor, or payment platform.

Network and third-party processing fees may be non-refundable where those fees were not collected or retained by Mars Group TV.

8.5 Chargebacks

Contact Mars Group TV before filing a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review the transaction and resolve the issue.

This request does not prevent you from exercising a lawful payment-dispute right.

Mars Group TV may suspend access associated with:

  • A reversed payment.
  • An unauthorized chargeback.
  • A payment reported as fraudulent.
  • An unpaid subscription balance.

We may provide the payment provider with relevant order, activation, communication, and service records when responding to a payment dispute.

9. Acceptable Use

The service is provided for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use unless Mars Group TV gives written permission for another purpose.

You must not:

  • Resell or redistribute the service.
  • Commercially rebroadcast the service.
  • Publicly display the service for commercial purposes.
  • Share credentials beyond your plan limits.
  • Copy, record, capture, or reproduce content unlawfully.
  • Scrape or systematically extract service information.
  • Bypass device, account, connection, or security restrictions.
  • Attempt to access another customer’s account.
  • Reverse-engineer service systems.
  • Test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks.
  • Interfere with other customers’ access.
  • Use bots or unauthorized scripts.
  • Commit fraud or identity theft.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable law.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
  • Threaten, harass, or impersonate customers or staff.

Mars Group TV may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to protect the service, customers, and third parties.

  • The Mars Group TV brand.
  • Website materials.
  • Service technology.

Those applications:

Mars Group TV may perform maintenance or update the service to:

  • Improve performance.
  • Protect security.
  • Fix technical problems.
  • Maintain compatibility.
  • Prevent fraud.
  • Comply with law.
  • Respond to third-party changes.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Emergency maintenance.
  • Internet congestion.
  • Infrastructure failures.
  • Cybersecurity incidents.
  • Third-party outages.
  • Device or application changes.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Mars Group TV does not guarantee that every title, category, schedule, quality level, or feature will remain available throughout the subscription.

Where a change materially reduces a paid service, Mars Group TV will provide an appropriate notice or remedy where required by applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

Mars Group TV may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Non-payment.
  • Reversed payment.
  • Fraud.
  • Unauthorized transactions.

  • Security damage.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Unauthorized redistribution.
  • Harm to customers or systems.

Termination resulting from a serious breach may affect refund eligibility, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not automatically create a refund right.

15. Disclaimers

15.1 Service provided as available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis.

  • Your geographic location.
  • Your internet provider.
  • Third-party infrastructure.

15.3 Mandatory consumer rights

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, statutory guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

This does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in another location where mandatory consumer law provides that right.

17.3 Severability

If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

17.4 No waiver

If Mars Group TV does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not permanently waive its right to enforce that provision later.
